Profit & loss

Real profit: revenue excludes GST, because tax collected for the government was never yours. Cost is the cost captured on the bill, so a supplier's new rate cannot rewrite last month.

Sale history

Every bill, searchable, with the GST split it was issued under. Invoice numbers run per counter, so two tills can bill at once without ever colliding.

  • A Dashboard appears only when you have a second shop — store by store, and the group together.
  • Group figures are recomputed, not averaged. A ₹5,000 shop does not get the same weight as a ₹5,00,000 one, and shared stock is counted once rather than twice.
  • Rent belongs to the outlet that pays it, so one branch's costs never quietly flatter another's margin.
